Pricing & Guarantee
Fixed service fees, paid in two equal halves: half on submission, half only once you succeed. Backed by our money-back eligibility guarantee.
Our Service
We handle three types of application: British citizenship (registration and naturalisation), British passports, and UK visas. Every application we take on is a standard application within the immigration rules, at IAA Level 1.
Our fee covers the whole managed process, end to end:
All correspondence with you, third parties and the Home Office.
Sourcing documents from the relevant archives on your behalf.
Assessing, preparing and submitting your application and supporting documents.
Copies, postage and the return of any documents you no longer need.
Pricing
Our service fees are fixed. You pay in two equal halves: nothing on success until you actually have your citizenship, passport or visa in hand.
50%
On submission
The first half is payable before we submit your application to the Home Office.
50%
On success
The second half is payable only once your application is approved and you have received your citizenship, passport or visa.
Home Office fees are separate. Home Office application fees are set by the Home Office and are separate from our service fee.
No VAT added. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT (20%) is added to our service fees.
Discounts
If related people make more than one application of the same type at the same time, for example several passports, or several combined citizenship and passport applications, we reduce the price.
The discount applies provided all applications are instructed at the same time, and reflects the improved efficiency of handling related applications together. The more related applications you make, the lower the price for each additional one.
If a Refusal Happens
Two things can go wrong, and we treat them differently.
If the refusal was our mistake in preparing or submitting the application, we resubmit a corrected application at no extra service cost and pay the Home Office fee for the resubmission.
We only invoice the second half of our fee once the corrected application is approved. If the only remaining route would be an appeal, which is outside our current authorisation, and we do not believe there are reasonable grounds to resubmit, we charge no further service fee and do not invoice the second half.
If the refusal was because we misjudged your eligibility, this is covered by our Money-Back Guarantee below.
Our Promise
We are committed to giving you a reliable eligibility assessment. If the Home Office refuses your application solely because you were not eligible, we refund our service fee, provided all of the following are true.
If all of these are met, we treat the refusal as an incorrect eligibility assessment on our part and refund our service fee in full.
One exception: if, when you sign, we clearly tell you that your eligibility is uncertain and we agree together to proceed anyway, the guarantee does not apply.
Withdrawing
If you withdraw before we submit, we charge for the work done at an hourly rate, capped at 25% of the total agreed service fee.
If you withdraw after we have submitted but before a decision, the half-on-submission, half-on-success structure no longer applies. We charge in full for the work done at our hourly rate. Because most of the work is carried out before submission, this is usually close to the full agreed fee, and it applies even if only one of several related applications has been submitted.
