British immigration law is complicated enough on its own. Navigating it from Israel, across two legal systems and two bureaucracies, is harder still. We built this firm to close that gap.
Founder and immigration lawyer
A decade of helping Israelis secure British citizenship, passports and visas sits behind this practice. The route here has been deliberate: build the firm, earn the regulation, relocate to where the law is made, all without leaving anyone behind.
Eran began his career in British nationality and immigration law at Decker, Pex, Levi, a leading Israeli law firm.
Wanting a practice dedicated entirely to this work, Eran founded UK Visa and Nationality in Israel.
The firm relocated to Sheffield and registered with the IAA, the Home Office-sponsored body that regulates immigration advice in the UK. Oli joined as director to lead the visa work.
The move changed our address, not our clients. Israelis remain the heart of what we do, now served from inside the UK by a family practice.
Today, UK Visa and Nationality is run as a family practice. Between us, every matter has a dedicated specialist, with Eran on nationality and Oli on visas.
We keep the caseload small enough that every case gets real attention. In work where a single date or an overlooked historical provision can decide an application, that detail is the difference, and it is where we spend our time.
In 2025, we became regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority, the UK’s Home Office-sponsored regulator of immigration advisers. Everything below is verifiable on a public register.

Founder and immigration lawyer
Eran specialises in British citizenship and nationality, helping clients secure registration and naturalisation, including complex cases that turn on family history and historic nationality law. He founded the firm to give applicants clear, reliable guidance through a process that is often anything but straightforward.
Director and immigration lawyer
Oli leads the firm’s visa work, advising on spouse and family visas, skilled worker and self-sponsorship routes, and the full range of UK immigration applications. He guides clients through each stage, from confirming eligibility to preparing and submitting a complete, well-evidenced application.
